Step 1 – Download RustDesk

Select your platform:

Download RustDesk

We use RustDesk to provide encrypted remote support. If prompted about security, allow the app to run.

Step 2 – Configure the app

  1. Open RustDesk after it installs.
  2. Go to Settings → Network.
  3. Set ID/Relay server to: helpdesk.securehnl.com
  4. If there is a field labeled Key, paste the key your technician provides.

Step 3 – Read your code to the technician

On RustDesk's main screen, you'll see your ID and password. Provide these to your technician so we can connect and assist you.
